A) Yes, it is called Spelt. It contains only 8 carbs vs. the normal 23 in other breads.

Q) How long have you been in business.
A) We have been in the Richmond, Virginia area for eleven years three years in our present location in Midlothian.

Q) Can I place a bread order and have it ready for me when I arrive?
A) Yes we prefer if you give us one day to prepare your order.

Q) How do I order a sandwich on line?
A) go to (web address) place your order and give us at least 1 hour to prepare the sandwich.

Q) Where do you get your jams and jellies?
A) we buy or Jams and Jellies from Rocky Branch Farms in Jetersville, Virginia. They are all home made.

Q) What oils do you use in your bread and rolls?
A) None! Any sweetener that is needed is 100% honey.

Q) Do you use fructose in preparing your breads?
A) No! All sweetening is done with honey.

Q) Can you prepare a gift basket?
A) Yes

Q) We have a small club that meets at various locations occassionaly, Do you have a place for us to meet and eat?
A) Yes let us know how many and we will prepare coffee combo, cookies, or sandwiches for your group and make a place for you in our spacious seating area.

Q) Do you do special occasion gifts?
A) yes, we have special tins for Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving Valentines day, etc.
